About Us
Delta's Development Foundation provides emergency shelter, transitional housing, and supportive community building services for individuals in Los Angeles County, primarily focusing on the targeted geographical location of Los Angeles, California. We provide safe emergency shelter/ transitional homes for men, women, their families, seniors, veterans, individuals re-entering society after prison, the disabled, and those who are at risk and/or already homeless.
Our organization provides community building services which will provide access to health / mental health services, therapeutic services, counseling, substance abuse rehabilitation, self-esteem and social skills building seminars, job search assistance services, and social activities for our participants. Across program components, Delta’s Development Foundation is l positioned to serve as a provider that integrates a continuum of services that are well suited to meet the needs of those seeking transitional housing and community building services.

Our mission is to develop systemic approaches to combat poverty and homelessness among men and women, senior citizens, veterans, individual’s re-entering society after prison, those with disabilities, their families, and to enhance family economic security and well-being.
